With over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, Michelle Turco is the steady force that brings excellence, warmth, and personal connection to everything we do at Jervey Genesis Solutions. Since joining our firm in 2015, Michelle has become much more than a team member—she is the heartbeat of our client experience, ensuring every client feels like part of the family.
As our Vice President of Operations & Client Service, Michelle is responsible for overseeing the systems, service standards, and day-to-day operations that allow us to deliver on our promise of “Financial Solutions for Every Season of Life.” She is a master of detail, a calming presence in times of uncertainty, and a fierce advocate for our clients’ needs. Her leadership, partnership with Total Office, and commitment to excellence help keep our entire firm running with integrity and precision.
But Michelle’s true superpower? When you're working with her, you feel like nothing else matters except you. Her presence, care, and attentiveness create a sense of belonging that makes every interaction feel deeply personal. Whether onboarding a new family, resolving an urgent need, or simply checking in, Michelle ensures every client feels seen, heard, and valued.
Outside of the office, Michelle enjoys crafting, entertaining friends, cooking, and traveling with her husband of over 35 years. Together, they’ve raised two wonderful children and now enjoy creating memories with their four beautiful grandchildren.
